The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the basic amenities in the rooms were satisfactory. I was particularly impressed by the huge bathroom which had everything we needed, including a fantastic view from the balcony.

All aspects of this hotel were completely fine.

The communal kitchen at Senate Guest House was a great addition, allowing us to cook our own meals and save money on dining out. The garden was beautifully maintained and provided a tranquil setting to relax in. The swimming pool was a welcome relief from the summer heat. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the staff ensured that everything was kept neat and tidy. The location was fantastic, being close to the center of town and within easy reach of all amenities. The hotel facilities provided were excellent, including a refreshing pool and beautiful garden. Moreover, the breakfast served was sumptuous, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at a guest house during Christmas. the views of the lagoon were stunning and the atmosphere was very romantic and quiet. the staff were excellent, hard-working and very helpful. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool on a hot afternoon.

The shower in the wheelchair accessible bedroom was quite dangerous as the tiles were very slippery when wet and the hand rails weren't in a good position to be of any use. the parking was difficult on a stone driveway with little room.

The breakfast had a welcoming and homey touch, with tea and coffee always offered at any time during the day. The staff were very friendly and chatty, providing helpful tips for unusual things to do in the area. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the town centre and all its festive decorations.

The room was very basic and not well maintained, with paint peeling off the walls and the bed making a lot of noise whenever moved on. The bathroom was not clean, and the towels provided were threadbare.

We enjoyed the breakfast which was filling and had hot options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had nice decor and a great view from the balcony. It was also close enough to everything.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Precious who provided excellent service during breakfast. We also enjoyed the various relaxing areas around the property. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was wonderful.

The noise from the rooms above us was quite disturbing, as the floors were wooden and we could hear people walking around.

Located conveniently close to the town centre, this guest house is a good choice for budget travellers. the rooms come with big bathrooms with good plumbing and toiletries. the soft robes provided are a nice touch, and some freebies and sweets are included in your fridge.

Some aspects of this guesthouse could do with improvement, particularly in the breakfast and service departments.

The location of this hotel is pretty good and it’s in a beautiful area. The complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch and made for a pleasant experience. It’s great that there’s a lot of tourist attractions nearby, so there’s always something to do.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. The room was uncomfortable and dirty, there were bugs and it smelled bad.

The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom that had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the view from our room's balcony. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious and satisfying each morning.
